Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Crew cum Cashier. If you have experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or fast food, and love creating great guest experiences, we want you!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly

• Handle cashier duties including processing payments and giving change

• Assist in food preparation and kitchen support when needed

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in a QSR or fast food environment is required

• Ability to work in a high-paced team environment

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

• Positive attitude and a service-oriented mindset

نبحث عن أفراد متحمسين يركزون على رضا العملاء للانضمام إلى فريقنا كموظف خدمة عملاء وكاشير. إذا كانت لديك خبرة في مطاعم الخدمة السريعة (QSR) أو الوجبات السريعة وتحب خلق تجارب رائعة للضيوف، فهذه الوظيفة لك!

المهام

• استقبال العملاء بابتسامة وتقديم خدمة مميزة

• أخذ طلبات الطعام والمشروبات بدقة وسرعة

• تنفيذ مهام الكاشير، بما في ذلك تحصيل المدفوعات وتسليم الباقي

• المساعدة في تحضير الطعام ودعم المطبخ عند الحاجة

• الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم المكان

• التعاون مع الفريق لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة

الشروط

• وجود خبرة سابقة في مطاعم الخدمة السريعة أو الوجبات السريعة شرط أساسي

• القدرة على العمل في بيئة فريق سريعة الإيقاع

• مهارات تواصل متعددة المهام

• المرونة للعمل في أوقات مختلفة

• عقلية إيجابية وموجهة نحو خدمة العملاء
