Power & Buildings Projects Specialist (Electrical Engineer)

 Operations

 • Supporting the planning, execution, and handing over of engineering projects, utilizing project management skills and techniques.

• Ensure project execution related preparations are conducted, including planning documents, access arrangements, on-site pre-execution works, documentation, and updates.

• Support in providing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of project related reports, and align findings to the Manager of power projects

• Assist in developing and provide engineering project related documentation and requirements.

• Work closely with the organizations contracted vendors and contractors to deliver project requirements.

• Monitor all project deliverables are of the highest quality standards, and projects adhere to the set scope, cost, and timeline.

• Support the manager in providing all corporate related requirements (Finance, Audit, Procurement, etc.)

 

People

  

• Engage in training requirements as set forth by the department and encourage proactively seeking specific training. 

• Engage in departmental and organizational knowledge sharing events and activities to enable cross functional development.

• Develop and circulate surveys aimed at monitoring performance and improvement opportunities.

• Develop ideas aimed at improving overall departmental output and performance.

• Encourage and support peers to work and collaborate.

 

 

Experience

   • 3-5 years' experience in a power or electrical engineering project role.

• Project management experience is preferred.

• Experience managing project multiple project vendors related to ongoing projects is preferred.

• Experience in working on power related projects including Diesel Generators, Battery Systems, Rectifiers (DC), UPS, Switchgears/Panels, and associated operational and testing skills would be preferable.

• Experience working on developing project plans and execution processes is preferable.

• Understanding of backup systems related to telecom and IT equipment is preferable.

• Experience working in a dynamic and cross-functional project engineering practice (MEP, Civil, Electrical, Facility) is preferable.

أخصائي مشاريع الطاقة والمباني (مهندس كهربائي)

 العمليات

 • دعم تخطيط وتنفيذ وتسليم المشاريع الهندسية، والاستفادة من مهارات وتقنيات إدارة المشاريع.

• ضمان إجراء الاستعدادات المتعلقة بتنفيذ المشروع، بما في ذلك وثائق التخطيط، وترتيبات الوصول، وأعمال ما قبل التنفيذ في الموقع، والتوثيق، والتحديثات.

• تقديم الدعم في تقديم التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية المتعلقة بالمشروع، ومواءمة النتائج مع مدير مشاريع الطاقة

خبرة

• يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة في إدارة المشاريع مع العديد من البائعين فيما يتعلق بالمشاريع الجارية.

• الخبرة في العمل على المشاريع المتعلقة بالطاقة بما في ذلك مولدات الديزل، وأنظمة البطاريات، ومقومات التيار المستمر، وأجهزة UPS، ومفاتيح التبديل/الألواح، والمهارات التشغيلية والاختبارية المرتبطة بها ستكون مفضلة.
