 Ensure that condiments such as sauces and napkins are added to the packaged food items.

 Assemble meals on a tray and offer the tray to the customers.

 Follow the Cash Procedures mentioned as follow: o Always announce the Total bill Amount. o Announce the bill received from the customer. o Count and hand over the change to the customer. Keep the notes face down in the cash drawer.

Cleaner

Key Responsibilities:

Be punctual and on time to commence shifts, and flexible with working hours and rostered days off to conform with the business.

Assist and work together as part of a team with work colleagues, creating and maintaining a harmonious work environment.

Ensure all areas of the bakery are following food safety and sanitation standards.

Clean, sweep and hose entire kitchen floor area after kitchen service and ensure that all scraps are picked up.

Ensure that all rubbish/boxes/trash are disposed of properly keeping the premises clean and tidy.

Follow the clean-up check list in a regular period of time as per the standard procedures.

Keep the toilet clean and tidy and make sure the cleaning supplies are available.

Kitchen Worker

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare food items such as burgers, fries, chicken, and salads following established recipes and procedures

Cook food items to the correct temperature and appearance

Assemble and package food orders according to customer specifications

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including regular cleaning and sanitization

Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed

Adhere to all food safety and health regulations

Provide friendly and helpful customer service when interacting with customers

Work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely order completion

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute visually appealing designs for a variety of print and digital assets, including but not limited to logos, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website graphics, and presentations.

Ensure design work aligns with the company's brand guidelines, visual identity, and overall aesthetic.

Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts.

Provide design revisions and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and finalize projects.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively while maintaining a high level of quality.

Decorating confectionery products (chocolates/cookies/pastries) pieces and arrangements using accessories, gift items and ribbons etc.

To work as per the detailed requirement from the client for the decor/arrangements.

Regular contact with the suppliers and always looking out for new suppliers.

Interpreted and maintained all standards related to food safety, sanitation, and customer service.

Ensure that all reporting & control procedures in the operations, customer service, quality of production, Hygiene & Cleanliness standards, Maintenance & general administration are completed & in place according to company’s policy & chain operation manual.

Sets high standards for appropriate team behavior on shift.
