Technical Project Manager – Titanium Manufacturing Facility

Location: Bahrain

Start Date: Ideal June 2025

Languages: English (Arabic is a plus)

Type: Full-time, On-site

Role Overview:

As our Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading all technical workstreams from pre-construction through to the commissioning phase. This role requires close collaboration with external stakeholders and local authorities, and demands hands-on involvement across regulatory, permitting, and construction oversight tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Permitting & Regulatory Compliance

• Lead the preparation, submission, and follow-up of all required permits, including:

  • Building permits from municipal and industrial authorities

  • Environmental permits, including EIA studies and compliance documentation

  • Industrial licenses, utility approvals, and operational permits from relevant ministries

• Serve as the liaison with local authorities, government agencies, and utility providers (e.g., EWA, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Supreme Council for Environment)

• Ensure compliance with all applicable local and international regulations, including environmental, health, safety, and industrial standards

Consultant and Contractor Coordination

• Coordinate and manage relationships with:

  • Architectural firms (civil and industrial design)

  • Environmental and geotechnical consultants

  • Engineering firms and third-party technical advisors

  • Construction contractors, EPC firms, and specialist subcontractors
