We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant for a Travel & Tourism office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, along with in-depth knowledge of accounting software. Previous experience in the travel and tourism accounting field is preferred (Indian candidates).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting & bank transactions – cheque deposits & international money transfers.
Handle general ledger functions, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws.
Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the GCC region.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
