We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to support our architectural team in creating precise technical drawings and blueprints for residential, commercial, and industrial building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural design principles and be proficient in CAD software.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD or similar software.
Interpret architectural concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop designs that meet client requirements and local building codes.
Revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.
Ensure that all drawings and documents are accurate, complete, and comply with applicable codes and regulations.
Maintain organized documentation and version control of drawings.
Assist in preparing presentations and construction documentation packages.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman or similar role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software is a plus.
Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and construction practices.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
