Job Description:

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional service throughout their stay. You will handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly reception.

• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
