OFFICER- RECRUITMENT

MAIN DUTIES

Execute all recruitment processes ensuring that are in line with the policies and procedures.

Assist in publishing internal and external vacancies on the company’s website.

Revise and execute the screening and shortlisting process after the closing of the vacancies.

Coordinate the arrangement of interviews with the user department.

Revise and conduct competency Base interviews.

Revise and conduct employment offers and contracts.

Ensure that necessary files and documents for new joiner’s are completed and passed to payroll for necessary action.

Initiate Personnel Requisitions according to the approved manpower budget, ensuring the position is budgeted and evaluated in coordination with HR Planning.

Ensure efficient filing and record system for recruitment activities is maintained for quick and easy reference. 

Ensure that new joiners have records for the staff and third parties in HR system and issue staff numbers.

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

 Main Duties

 Work with, and under the direction of the designated A/C Engineers/Lic Technicians to carry out routine tasks and non-routine tasks.

 Replace components on Company or other operators aircraft and engines as required.

 Strictly adhere to company staff rules and regulation.

 Strictly adhere to company safety rules and regulation and to wear proper uniform and safety shoes while on duty.

 Adhere and comply with aircraft approved maintenance documents instructions when performing any routine tasks and non-routine tasks and acquaint self with all the safety related precautions to avoid personal injuries or damages to aircraft structures and systems.

 Make sure that all equipments and tools used for aircraft maintenance are in serviceable and safe condition. Report any faulty equipment or tool to Engineer or Duty Manager, unserviceable tool/ equipment must be isolated and attach a with unserviceable tag.

 Service equipment and aircraft special tools as deemed necessary to maintain them in a serviceable, safe and clean condition.

 As part of maintenance practice, make sure that all tools used to perfom any routine and non-routine task are registered, to make sure they are removed on task completion.

LOUNGE LEADER

 Description

Reviews the day’s arrivals of VIP and First-Class guests

Notes special requests/requirements/flight departure detail

Liaise with airline call centers.

Problem solves travel issues for guests, e.g. flight cancellations, disruptions

Provides personalized lounge orientations to VIP’s

Connects and gives recognition to all VIP’s and First-Class guests to make them feel special

Engages with warmth and openness with guests – stays fully present.

Monitors service levels throughout the lounge

Directs the floor housekeeping and F&B stewarding teams as necessary

CONTROLLER - ORGANIZATION STUDIES

MAIN DUTIES

Organizational Studies:

Execute organizational restructuring for all divisions and departments to serve the main functions and objectives of the company, including distributing or merging departments and responsibilities.

Perform organizational studies such as restructuring, creating, adding, deleting or retitling organizations and positions in order to meet the manpower requirements.

Review, update and draft job descriptions for all positions.

Conduct jobs evaluation studies to ensure the right distribution of responsibilies and grading methodology.

Implement workload analysis while adding positions to meet the exact manpower requirements.

Measure the effectiveness and success of the organizational studies to maintain and improve the manpower services.

Draw organizational charts while restructuring or amending any position or organization.

LICENCED AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER CAT B1 OR B2

Main Duties

 Perform Routine & Non Routine maintenance on Companys fleets & Third party aircraft as per BCAA Regulations & Company Requirements. Supervise assigned Technicians whilst performing their duties. Certify for all work perfomed

 He is required to obtain company certification authorization to qualify him to certify routine & non routine maintenace tasks on company fleets within the scope of his company approval.

 Whenever required he will obtain the required certification authorization to certify work perfomed on third Party aircrafts.

 Perform duties when deemed necessary at short notice accompany aircraft for the purposes of carrying out routine & non – routine maintenance tasks.

 Perform any task operationally deemed necessary to maintain the fleet in an airworthy condition.

 Attend training as per company requirements, sit company technical boards for obtaining Aircraft Type Certification.

 Whenever required by the company to perform technical representation at facilities outside the home base.

 Maintain self read & write continuation training.

 Travel when required for the recovery of aircraft during an AOG situation

 Strictly adhere to company staff & safety rules & regulations

DUTY MANAGER – INTEGRATED OPERATIONS CENTRE

Experience

Minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience within the operations department of major international airline, with a minimum of 5 years as shift Operations Controller

Knowledge of airline computer systems such as Movement Manager, WOTP, RIO, Falcon, SSCI and LM would be an advantage

I.T literate with experience of automated operations control systems

Experience in airline Emergency Response Management

Qualifications

Diploma holder of a technical subject, preferably the post-holder will be educated to degree level

Holder of either FAA Dispatcher or ICAO Flight Operations Officer License/Certificate or recognized Pilot license

Fluency in oral and written English mandatory

Preferably (but could be done on-the-job) special training on Aircraft weight and balance and Airport Services

مهندس صيانة طائرات مرخص CAT B1 أو B2

المهام الرئيسية

 إجراء أعمال الصيانة الدورية وغير الدورية لأساطيل الشركة وطائرات الطرف الثالث وفقًا للوائح BCAA ومتطلبات الشركة. الإشراف على الفنيين المعينين أثناء أداء مهامهم. إصدار شهادات لجميع الأعمال المنجزة.

 يُطلب منه الحصول على ترخيص اعتماد من الشركة حتى يكون مؤهلاً لإصدار شهادات لمهام الصيانة الروتينية وغير الروتينية على أساطيل الشركة ضمن نطاق موافقة شركته.

 عندما يتطلب الأمر ذلك، فإنه سيحصل على ترخيص الشهادة المطلوب لإثبات العمل الذي تم إجراؤه على طائرات الطرف الثالث.

 أداء الواجبات عندما يعتبر ذلك ضروريًا في غضون مهلة قصيرة ومرافقة الطائرات لأغراض تنفيذ مهام الصيانة الروتينية وغير الروتينية.

 تنفيذ أي مهمة يعتبر تشغيلها ضروريًا للحفاظ على الأسطول في حالة صالحة للطيران.

 حضور التدريب حسب متطلبات الشركة، والجلوس في المجالس الفنية للشركة للحصول على شهادة نوع الطائرة.
