Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle ERP Financials & HRMS Techno-Functional Specialist located in Seef. The role involves managing and optimizing Oracle HR and Oracle Applications, integrating various business processes, and providing consulting services. Day-to-day tasks include gathering business requirements, designing efficient solutions, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless integration between different Oracle modules and business operations.

Responsibilities
• Perform Oracle functional setups• Actively participate in System development life cycle and provide first line support to finance users.
• Gather, analyze business requirements and perform Fit-Gap analysis
• Active participation in preparing various project documents - Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts
• Prepare end-user training and technical documentation
• Train end-users
• Help develop testing scripts.
• Participate in CRP and UAT testing for various projects to compare actual with expected results and liaise with IT to resolve bug fixes.
• Help IT team to apply patches and fixes to the existing system. Liaise with IT and Business to test the expected results and publish the same.
• Combination of experience in systems/IT working with accounting or finance a plus.
• Experience working with remote teams and management strongly preferred.
• Assist in other projects as required.
• Experience of supporting business during Month End Closures strongly preferred.
• Prior experience performing business process analysis preferred.
• Should carry excellent communication and presentation skills
• Having strong experience in Support Life Cycle, SLA management and working with Oracle Product.
• Having strong technical experience in OAF and workflow

• المشاركة في اختبار CRP وUAT لمشاريع مختلفة لمقارنة النتائج الفعلية مع المتوقعة والتنسيق مع قسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات لحل الأخطاء.
• مساعدة فريق تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تطبيق التصحيحات والتحديثات على النظام القائم. التنسيق مع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والأعمال لاختبار النتائج المتوقعة ونشرها.
• وجود خبرة في أنظمة/تكنولوجيا المعلومات مع المحاسبة أو المالية ميزة إضافية.
• يفضل وجود خبرة في العمل مع فرق عن بُعد والإدارة.
• المساعدة في مشاريع أخرى حسب الحاجة.
• يفضل وجود خبرة في دعم الأعمال أثناء إغلاق الشهر.
• يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في تحليل العمليات التجارية.
• يجب أن يتمتع بمهارات اتصال وعرض ممتازة
• الخبرة القوية في دورة دعم الحياة، وإدارة اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة، والعمل مع منتجات Oracle.
