Private Equity Analyst Required – Investment Bank in Bahrain

We are looking for a Private Equity Analyst to join an investment bank in Bahrain for a minimum of 1 year. The opportunity may be extended based on the performance of the candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive financial analyses

• Preparing term sheets, teasers, investment memorandums (IM), etc.

• Evaluating investment opportunities

• Supporting the execution of private equity transactions

• Preparing detailed IMs, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders

• Structuring deals and preparing complex financial models

• Performing valuation and investment analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field

• MBA or equivalent qualification

• 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or financial analysis

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software

Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Contract Length: 12 months
Pay: BD1,300.000 - BD1,600.000 per month

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إجراء تحليلات مالية شاملة

• إعداد الشروط والأوراق التمهيدية، ومذكرات الاستثمار (IM)، وما إلى ذلك

• دعم تنفيذ صفقات الاستثمار الخاص

Accounting Manager – Multiple Business Sectors

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to independently manage accounting functions for multiple companies across various business sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant financial operations, preparing reports, and managing audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and updating accounts regularly

• Preparing Management Information Systems (MIS) reports in compliance with IFRS

• Filing VAT returns

• Liaising with external auditors

• Reconciling Debtors (Drs), Creditors (Crs), and Bank accounts

• Preparing payments and invoices

• Consolidating financial statements in accordance with IFRS

• Performing any other accounting-related duties as required

Qualifications:

• CA Inter or CA Final (Required)
