Marketing Specialist

Expected start date: immediately

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team, helping to strengthen our brand and expand our customer base through creative and effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.

Manage advertising campaigns across various channels (digital and traditional).

Create marketing content and oversee the design of promotional materials.

Manage and monitor social media accounts and analyze their performance.

Coordinate with the sales team to understand market and customer needs.

Analyze market trends and competitors and provide regular reports.

Represent the company at promotional events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Propose innovative marketing ideas to enhance brand awareness.

Requirements:

· 2 years' of marketing experience

 · BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study

 · Excellent writing and communication skills

 · Proven experience in marketing (minimum 2 years).

 · Proficiency in digital marketing tools and basic design programs.

 · Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet set targets.

 · Fluency in Arabic and English

 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

 Pay: From BD250.000 per month

نحن نبحث عن أخصائي تسويق ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي، للمساعدة في تعزيز علامتنا التجارية وتوسيع قاعدة عملائنا من خلال استراتيجيات تسويقية إبداعية وفعالة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تطوير وتنفيذ خطط واستراتيجيات التسويق.

إدارة الحملات الإعلانية عبر القنوات المختلفة (الرقمية والتقليدية).

إنشاء محتوى تسويقي والإشراف على تصميم المواد الترويجية.

إدارة ومراقبة حسابات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وتحليل أدائها.

التنسيق مع فريق المبيعات لفهم احتياجات السوق والعملاء.

تحليل اتجاهات السوق والمنافسين وتقديم تقارير منتظمة.

تمثيل الشركة في الفعاليات الترويجية والمعارض والمؤتمرات.

اقتراح أفكار تسويقية مبتكرة لتعزيز الوعي بالعلامة التجارية.

متطلبات:

· خبرة تسويقية لمدة سنتين

 · بكالوريوس/بكالوريوس في التسويق أو مجال دراسي ذي صلة

 · مهارات ممتازة في الكتابة والتواصل

 · خبرة مثبتة في مجال التسويق (لا تقل عن سنتين).

 · إجادة أدوات التسويق الرقمي وبرامج التصميم الأساسية.

 · القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فريق وتحقيق الأهداف المحددة.

 · إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية

 أنواع الوظائف: دوام كامل، دوام جزئي

 الأجر: من 250.000 دينار بحريني شهريًا
