Now Hiring in Bahrain: Divisional Manager – Sales & Ops (Waterproofing Works Division) 

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Divisional Manager to lead our Waterproofing Works Division. This role demands strong operational leadership, deep technical knowledge, and proven sales skills within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the operations of the waterproofing division

• Oversee projects involving sub-structure waterproofing, PU foam, membrane systems, and lightweight screed works

• Lead and mentor field staff and supervisors

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand client base

• Prepare tender enquiries, technical submittals, and relevant documentation

• Engage directly with clients and consultants

Requirements

• 6–8 years’ experience in construction, with at least 5 years in waterproofing

• In-depth expertise in multiple waterproofing systems

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Excellent command of English for communication with clients and consultants

• Valid Bahraini or GCC driving license

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and MBA in Business Administration

نبحث عن مدير قسم ذو خبرة لقيادة قسم أعمال العزل المائي. يتطلب هذا الدور قيادة تشغيلية قوية، معرفة تقنية عميقة، ومهارات متميزة في المبيعات ضمن قطاع الإنشاءات.

المهام

• إدارة وتنسيق عمليات قسم العزل المائي

• الإشراف على المشاريع التي تشمل عزل الأساسات، تطبيقات PU Foam، أنظمة الغشاء المختلفة، وأعمال المونة الخفيفة

• قيادة وتوجيه الموظفين والفنيين

• تطوير استراتيجيات مبيعات فعالة لتوسيع قاعدة العملاء

• إعداد استفسارات العطاءات والمستندات الفنية والمراسلات ذات الصلة

• التواصل المباشر مع العملاء والاستشاريين

الشروط

• من 6 إلى 8 سنوات خبرة في مجال الإنشاءات، منها 5 سنوات في أعمال العزل المائي

• إلمام شامل بجميع تقنيات العزل المائي

• قدرة مثبتة على إدارة الفرق والإشراف عليها

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية للتواصل الفعّال مع العملاء والاستشاريين

• رخصة قيادة بحرينية أو خليجية سارية

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية وماجستير في إدارة الأعمال
