Admission Officer (Telesales) Needed!
We are looking for a smart and energetic Admission Officer (Telesales) to join our team at a leading European Institute. If you are driven by sales, enjoy making calls, and have a passion for education, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling.

Managing, tracking, and following up on leads by calling them.

Conducting sales presentations through phone and screen sharing.

Meeting monthly and quarterly sales deadlines.

Creating and updating activity reports.
-
Ability to make at least 120 calls daily.
Requirements:

Native fluent English speaker (A MUST) (Fluent in all Reading/Writing/Speaking/Listening).

Sales-oriented.

Education background (Preferred/An Advantage).

Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role, with a track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone (Preferred/An Advantage).

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems (Preferred/An Advantage).

Ability to learn about our programs and services and explain them to prospects (Preferred/An Advantage).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Preferred/An Advantage).

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection (Preferred/An Advantage).
