Resident Engineer - Bridges ( Marine/Cable )

Responsibilities:

Lead the design team to enhance the "Design Excellence” through qualified project delivery.
Provide technological input and supervise technical input by others within the Architectural discipline.
Manage project support teams, including input from architectural technologists where available.
Review and approve all technical submittals from the contractor.
Supervise the presentation of plans to governing and permitting authorities for land use, zoning, and permit approvals.
Inspect and supervise the inspection of construction projects during progress and upon completion for adherence to plans and specifications; advise contractors on the interpretation of plans and specifications; approve minor design changes in the course of construction; review contractors' requests for payment.
Responsible for design development on-site and make decisions in line with project specifications and performance criteria.

Assistant Resident Engineer - Structures ( Cable Stay Bridges )

Responsibilities:

Assist the Resident Engineer in daily supervision of cable-stayed bridge construction activities.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Prepare detailed technical reports on construction progress, quality control, and structural integrity.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards throughout the construction process.
Collaborate with the design team to address any field-related design modifications.
Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
Mentor junior engineers and technicians on cable-stayed bridge construction techniques.
