Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Bahrain
Job Responsibilities:
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Supervise daily accounting transactions and produce error-free reports as per management requirements.
Identify weaknesses in systems & procedures and suggest improvements to enhance internal controls.
Prepare journal vouchers and reconcile with the general ledger.
Schedule payments to suppliers and verify supplier payments.
Assist the Accounts Manager in improving accounting systems and procedures.
Supervise the accounting assistant and guide him in daily tasks.
Assist the Accounts Manager in monthly closing, reporting, year-end closing, and auditing financial statements.
Participate in the yearly budgeting process and review actual vs. budget periodically.
Monitor and reconcile staff-related payments and recoveries.
Oversee petty cash function and ensure adequate cash balances.
Assist with monthly VAT return.
Liaise with the internal audit team to complete the internal audit.
Support the management team on finance-related matters.
Ensure correct VAT recording and submission of related information.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience as a Senior Accountant.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
A proactive, team-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
An Accounting degree or equivalent is required.
Knowledge of Bahrain VAT filing & preparation of the yearly balance sheet is essential.

A reputed accounting and bookkeeping firm is looking for an Accountant with the following requirements:
Requirements:
Proficient in using Tallyprime, Tally ERP9, ODOO, Peachtree, QuickBooks, etc.
At least 5 years of experience in Bahrain.
Preference given to candidates with experience in auditing and VAT filing.
Good communication skills in English.
Only candidates with a transferable residence permit who are ready to join immediately will be considered.
Salary: Depends on performance.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية:
التحقق من المعاملات المحاسبية وتوزيعها وتسجيلها وتسويتها.
الإشراف على المعاملات المحاسبية اليومية وإنتاج تقارير خالية من الأخطاء حسب متطلبات الإدارة.
اكتشاف نقاط الضعف في الأنظمة والإجراءات واقتراح طرق لتحسين الرقابة الداخلية لتقليل الأخطاء.
إعداد القسائم المحاسبية وتسويتها مع دفتر الأستاذ العام.
جدولة المدفوعات للموردين والتحقق من مدفوعات الموردين.
مساعدة مدير الحسابات في تحسين الأنظمة والإجراءات المحاسبية.
الإشراف على مساعد المحاسب وإرشاده في الأعمال اليومية.
مساعدة مدير الحسابات في إغلاق الشهر والتقارير.
المشاركة في إعداد الميزانية السنوية والمراجعة الدورية بين الفعلي والمخطط.
مراقبة وتسوية المدفوعات المتعلقة بالموظفين واسترداداتها.
الإشراف على وظيفة النقدية الصغيرة وضمان توافر الأرصدة الكافية.
مساعدة في تقديم الإقرار الضريبي الشهري.
التواصل مع فريق التدقيق الداخلي لإتمام تدقيق القسم.
دعم الفريق الإداري في المسائل المالية المتعلقة.
المؤهلات والخبرة:
الحد الأدنى 5-6 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة كمحاسب أول.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل ممتاز، كتابة وشفاهة.
درجة محاسبية أو ما يعادلها.
معرفة جيدة في تقديم الإقرارات الضريبية في البحرين وإعداد الميزانية السنوية.
مطلوب محاسب في شركة محاسبة وتدقيق معروفة
المتطلبات:
يجب على المرشح أن يكون لديه خبرة في استخدام Tallyprime، Tally erp9، ODOO، Peachtree، Quickbook، وغيرها.
يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في البحرين.
سيتم تفضيل الأشخاص الذين يعرفون البرمجيات المذكورة ولديهم معرفة كاملة بالتدقيق وتقديم الإقرارات الضريبية (VAT).
يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
نبحث فقط عن مرشحين لديهم تصريح إقامة قابل للتحويل وجاهزين للانضمام فورًا.
