Chief Accountant Job in Bahrain
We are currently seeking a Chief Accountant with over 10 years of expertise in the accounting field to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional looking to step into a leadership position and make a significant impact on our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with local Bahraini regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS).
Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency. Provide detailed analysis of financial performance and variance reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure all tax filings are in compliance with Bahraini tax laws and regulations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.

مطلوب محاسب رئيسي في البحرين
نحن نبحث حاليًا عن محاسب رئيسي ذو خبرة تزيد عن 10 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة للانضمام إلى فريقنا المتنامي. هذه الوظيفة مثالية للمحترفين الذين يتطلعون إلى الانتقال إلى منصب قيادي وتحقيق تأثير كبير على عملياتنا المالية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
قيادة وإدارة جميع جوانب المحاسبة المالية، بما في ذلك دفتر الأستاذ العام، الحسابات المستحقة الدفع/التحصيل، الرواتب، وإعداد التقارير المالية.
الإشراف على إعداد وتحليل وتقديم البيانات المالية الدقيقة، مع ضمان الامتثال للوائح البحرينية المحلية والمعايير المحاسبية الدولية (IFRS).
الإشراف على وتوجيه فريق من المحاسبين، وتعزيز ثقافة التفوق، والمساءلة، والتعلم المستمر.
إدارة عمليات إغلاق الشهر والنهاية المالية للسنة، وضمان تقديم تقارير مالية دقيقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
تطوير وتنفيذ ضوابط داخلية لضمان نزاهة مالية وكفاءة العمليات.
تقديم تحليل مفصل للأداء المالي وتقارير التفاوت للإدارة العليا لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين لإجراء التدقيق السنوي وضمان الامتثال لكافة متطلبات الضرائب البحرينية.
دعم عمليات إعداد الميزانية، التنبؤات، وإدارة التدفقات النقدية.
