المسؤوليات:

• خبرة في استكشاف وحل مشاكل الأجهزة/البرمجيات في بيئة Windows/macOS.

• معرفة ببروتوكولات الشبكات وأنظمة التذاكر في دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
