Details:

Almoayyed Security is urgently seeking a qualified Security Supervisor to join our team. This role requires overseeing a team of 25+ security officers across various client sites, preparing daily security reports, conducting training sessions, monitoring patrol activities, and ensuring safe operations at all client locations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role.

• Strong understanding of security protocols and emergency procedures.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.

• Strong communication and reporting skills.

• Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).

• Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, Fire Safety, Security License) are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff to ensure the safety of premises, assets, and personnel.

• Develop and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.

• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols to identify any irregularities.

• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.

• Train and evaluate security staff on job duties, security risks, and emergency procedures.

• Prepare detailed reports on daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
