The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to oversee the design, optimization, and implementation of processes aimed at enhancing efficiency, safety, and quality in production and operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects that will shape the future of energy.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Process Engineering and Design team.

Ensure all process engineering deliverables conform to engineering codes and client policies.

Provide technical direction for process engineering issues and safety and design reviews.

Oversee the development and implementation of new processes and technologies.
-
Streamline operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Guide teams in implementing process improvements and meeting organizational goals.

Promote safety in all project activities and ensure that work is completed on schedule and without compromise to quality.

Engage with clients' engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth project completion.
Qualifications:

MSc/MEng in Chemical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification).

Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in downstream projects.

Experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
-
Strong knowledge of process engineering design, analysis, and international codes and standards.

Experience with HAZOP, HAZID, and SIL Rating in process design.

Proficient in process engineering software packages.

A recognized professional membership is preferred.
