Eligibility:
For Type-Rated Captains (A320):

  • UK CAA ATPL and unrestricted right to live/work in the UK

  • Minimum 3,500 factorized hours

  • Valid IR on Airbus A320

  • 500 PIC hours on A320 family

  • Preferably flown 300 hours in the last 12 months

For Non-Type Rated Captains:

  • UK CAA ATPL and unrestricted right to live/work in the UK

  • Minimum 3,500 factorized hours

  • Valid IR on any type

  • 1,500 hours on CS25 turbojet (MTOM > 50,000 kg)

  • 1,000 hours as Commander on MTOM > 50,000 kg aircraft

  • Preferably flown in the last 6 months

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cheesemaker. The Cheesemaker will be responsible for crafting and producing various types of cheese, monitoring and maintaining the quality of cheese production, following safety and hygiene practices, and collaborating with the production team to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Cheese making skills

  • Dairy production experience

  • Knowledge of safety and hygiene practices in food production
