Job Title: Senior Fund Accountant
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fund Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our private equity and real estate funds, including timely completion of quarterly NAVs, ensuring accuracy of capital call and distribution workings, and coordinating with the fund administrator and external accounts to ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fund administration, accounting, and financial analysis.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the investment team in their quarterly valuation for illiquid and liquid funds, including:
• Timely completion of the quarterly review.
• Review the NAV and valuation workings provided by the fund administrator.
• Review accounts for the onshore companies prepared by the firm’s administrator.
• Coordinate with the firm’s administrator on the preparation of the waterfall valuation models.
• Exit schedule and upcoming cashflows.
• Deployment forecast.
• Investment capital call and distribution:
• Manage the fund administrator in the capital call and distribution process.
• Work with the administrator to prepare calculations to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure timely dry powder preparations and distributions for exit.
• Coordinate with external accounts:
• Ensure that all federal and state tax filing are filed by the respective deadlines.
• Ensure timely payment of taxes for US companies when necessary.
• Other Responsibilities:
• Manage third party provider to ensure that all statutory filings are performed on a timely basis.
• Responsible to coordinate entity formation and dissolutions.
• Monitoring of cash and bank accounts management for all SPVs.

We are looking for an experienced and skilled HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong command over HVAC Unitary Products, VRF, DX AHUs, CHW FCUs, and other related HVAC equipment. The role involves design, estimation, heat load calculations, execution, and sales of HVAC products and projects. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and targeting new clients while keeping up to date with market conditions and competitor pricing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Strong knowledge of HVAC Unitary Products (RAC & CAC), VRF, DX AHUs, CHW FCUs, CHW AHUs, and other related HVAC equipment.
• Perform design, estimation, heat load calculations, and project execution.
• Review layouts, designs, and value engineering of HVAC and utility systems.
• Engage in HVAC product and project sales, as well as consulting sales.
• Lead energy efficiency assessment projects in collaboration with team members.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and target new ones.
• Stay updated on market conditions and competitor pricing to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure thorough knowledge of design criteria and related codes (including ASHRAE standards).
• Lead design and site measurements, verifying HVAC equipment and components.

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC product and project sales.

• Licensed Professional Engineer, CRPEP Licensed Graduate preferred.
• Relevant experience in sales engineering, HVAC systems, and service-related fields.
• Gulf experience and Gulf driving license preferred.
• Previous experience with residential projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC components, quotations, follow-up, delivery, and warranty claims for DX & applied products.
• Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing inspection procedures.
