Job Description:
We are seeking an organized site engineer with strong leadership skills to join our team. The candidate must currently be in Bahrain and have valid work experience in the field of site engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring site activities, coordinating, and supervising works, as well as preparing reports.

• Ensure design and quality standards are maintained by the construction team.

• Highlight constraints at the site and any discrepancies in drawings (if any) before work starts.

• Ensure timely completion of projects.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with site safety policies, rules, and regulations.

• Maintain effective coordination with subcontractors and within the construction team for smooth execution of works.

• Interact and liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

• Handle all administrative correspondence within the Project Department.

• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Project Manager.

• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as required by the Quality Management System.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree in Civil or Equivalent.
