Store Keeper – Manama Bahrain
Job Responsibilities
Receive inspect and verify incoming stock deliveries ensuring accuracy and quality
Organize and store materials efficiently optimizing space and accessibility
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly
Coordinate with different departments to ensure stock availability and prevent shortages
Conduct regular stock audits and report any discrepancies or shortages to management
Issue materials based on approved requests while ensuring proper documentation
Follow company policies and safety guidelines for handling and storing inventory
Monitor stock movement and recommend reordering when necessary to maintain optimal levels
Ensure cleanliness organization and compliance with safety standards in the storage area
Requirements
Previous experience in a storekeeping or inventory management role is preferred
Strong knowledge of stock control record-keeping and warehouse organization
Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Physical ability to lift and move inventory as needed
Proficiency in inventory management systems with knowledge of Odoo being a plus

المسؤوليات الوظيفية
استلام وفحص والتحقق من دقة وكفاءة الشحنات الواردة
تنظيم وتخزين المواد بشكل فعال لتحسين المساحة وسهولة الوصول إليها
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمخزون وتحديث مستويات المخزون بانتظام
التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة لضمان توفر المخزون المطلوب
إجراء عمليات جرد دورية والإبلاغ عن أي نقص أو اختلافات في المخزون
صرف المواد بناءً على الطلبات المعتمدة والتأكد من التوثيق السليم لكل عملية
الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإرشادات السلامة في التعامل مع المخزون
مراقبة حركة المخزون وتقديم توصيات لإعادة الطلب عند الحاجة
ضمان نظافة وتنظيم منطقة التخزين والالتزام بمعايير السلامة
المتطلبات
خبرة سابقة في وظيفة أمين مخزن أو إدارة المخزون تعتبر ميزة إضافية
معرفة قوية بأساليب التحكم بالمخزون والتوثيق وإدارة المستودعات
مهارات تنظيمية واتصال ممتازة مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة في العمل
القدرة على رفع وتحريك المواد عند الحاجة
إجادة التعامل مع أنظمة إدارة المخزون ويفضل من لديه خبرة في نظام أودو
