Accounting Trainer – Manama Bahrain
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
Develop and deliver engaging accounting training sessions tailored to the needs of learners covering topics such as financial accounting management accounting taxation auditing and financial analysis
Curriculum Development
Collaborate with senior accountants to create and update course materials including presentations worksheets and practice exercises aligned with industry standards
Assessment and Evaluation
Design assessments and quizzes to measure trainee progress providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement
Mentorship and Support
Offer one on one coaching and additional support to employees or students struggling with complex accounting concepts
Record Keeping and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of training sessions attendance progress assessments and completion rates to ensure effective program tracking
Foster a Positive Learning Environment
Create an interactive and inclusive training environment that encourages engagement participation and collaboration among learners

تقديم الدورات التدريبية
تصميم وتقديم جلسات تدريبية فعالة في المحاسبة المالية والإدارية والضرائب والتدقيق والتحليل المالي بما يتناسب مع احتياجات المتدربين
تطوير المناهج
التعاون مع المحاسبين الخبراء لإنشاء وتحديث المواد التدريبية بما في ذلك العروض التقديمية والتمارين العملية وفقًا لأحدث المعايير المهنية
التقييم والمتابعة
إعداد الاختبارات والتقييمات لقياس مدى استيعاب المتدربين وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة لتحسين الأداء
التوجيه والدعم
