The selected candidate will act as the on-site representative of our engineering team, managing day-to-day operations and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction and maintenance of marine and cable-stayed bridges.

• Manage daily operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project milestones.

• Review and approve construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

• Analyze and resolve technical issues during construction.

• Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain project documentation.

• Ensure compliance with local construction codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

• Collaborate with the design team to implement modifications and improvements.

• Monitor project budgets and schedules, recommending adjustments as needed.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.

التفاصيل

سيتولى المرشح مسؤولية قيادة العمليات الميدانية لمشاريع الجسور الكبرى، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير الفنية، والجودة، والسلامة. سيكون الممثل المباشر لفريقنا الهندسي في الموقع، متابعًا لجميع التفاصيل التشغيلية والتنسيقية.

المهام الوظيفية

• الإشراف على إنشاء وصيانة الجسور البحرية والمعلقة.

• إدارة العمليات اليومية، وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية للمشروع.

• التنسيق مع المقاولين، والمقاولين الفرعيين، والجهات المعنية لضمان تحقيق الأهداف.

• مراجعة واعتماد منهجيات البناء، والمواد، والمعدات.

• إجراء فحوصات ميدانية دورية ومراقبة الجودة.

• تحليل وحل المشكلات الفنية أثناء التنفيذ.

• إعداد تقارير تقدم العمل والاحتفاظ بسجلات المشروع.

• ضمان الامتثال للقوانين المحلية، ولوائح السلامة، والمعايير البيئية.

• التعاون مع فريق التصميم لتنفيذ أي تعديلات أو تحسينات ضرورية.

• مراقبة ميزانيات المشروع والجداول الزمنية، والتوصية بالتعديلات عند الحاجة.

• تقديم الدعم الفني والإرشاد للمهندسين المبتدئين وفرق العمل.
