Your experience includes:
- BA in Graphic Design
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience of graphic design in life sciences/pharma
- Native level of Korean language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Freelance Medical Writer - Korean (h4)
Responsibilities:
- Serves as medical writing lead on complex scientific publications or clinical regulatory documents such as those associated with filings and dossiers
- Works closely with the Publications or Regulatory team(s) on document strategies. Implements all activities related to the preparation of scientific publications
- Converts relevant data and information into a form that meets clinical regulatory document requirements
- Responsible for effective communication among team members and identifying and resolving conflicts to ensure teams achieve project goals
- Understands and complies with appropriate conventions and other governing bodies following applicable divisional guidelines, templates, and SOPs
- Works with Regulatory Quality Assurance throughout the clinical regulatory document audit process and works with the team to draft responses as necessary
- Maintains expert knowledge of US and international regulations (maintain certifications)
- Serves as a department representative on project teams
- Coaches, mentors, and assists medical writers
- Recommends, leads, and implements tactical process improvements, both within the department and division-wide
- Drafting of SRLs (including the PML safety update) – create/update SRLs as needed, formatting new content according to approved templates

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (United States) and Simplified Chinese (China)
- Specialized in any of the field above
- Acute attention to detail, spelling and grammar
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines
- Must be able to work during EU time zone
Candidates MUST also fulfil any ONE of the following requirements:
- A Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies or an equivalent degree that includes significant translation training, from a recognized institution of higher education;
- 2 years of translation experience and a college degree;
- 5 years of translation experience and no college degree; or
- A certificate of competence in translation awarded by an appropriate government body.
Freelance Simplified Chinese (China) into English Life Science Translator (h4)
Job requirements:
- Native level of Norwegian language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
- Previous experience in any of the following subject matters: Technical, Automotive and/or Mechanical Engineering
- Advanced degree in translation or 2 years of translation experience and college degree or 5 years’ experience and no degree
- Acute attention to detail, spelling and grammar
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines
- Linguist can be located anywhere, and not necessarily in Kazakhstan

المسؤوليات:
- يعمل كقائد في الكتابة الطبية في المنشورات العلمية المعقدة أو الوثائق التنظيمية السريرية مثل تلك المرتبطة بالتقديمات والملفات
- يعمل عن كثب مع فريق النشرات أو التنظيم لوضع استراتيجيات الوثائق وتنفيذ جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بإعداد المنشورات العلمية
- يحول البيانات والمعلومات ذات الصلة إلى شكل يتوافق مع متطلبات الوثائق التنظيمية السريرية
