Location: This is a fully remote position within a globally distributed company. It is open to candidates located in the EMEA region who wish to work remotely. Preferred locations include Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Due to our compensation strategy, we will not consider applicants from high-cost-of-living areas such as Benelux, DACH, France, Spain, the Nordics, and the UK.

What do you need to succeed?

Technical Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering. A strong plus is a BSc/MSc in Data Science or Machine learning. Certifications in LLM & GenAI tools are a strong plus.

8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years of hands-on design & implementation of GenAI solutions.

Proficiency with LangGraph, LangChain, OpenHands, vector embeddings, prompting strategies, and a wide range of SOTA LLM models & tools.

Strong coding experience in Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript. Experience with React is a plus.

Hands-on experience with software design, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Familiarity with AWS, microservice architectures & containerization.

المهارات التقنية

بكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب، هندسة البرمجيات. يُعَدّ الحصول على بكالوريوس/ماجستير في علوم البيانات أو تعلّم الآلة ميزة إضافية. تُعَدّ شهادات الماجستير في القانون وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي ميزة إضافية.

أكثر من 8 سنوات من الخبرة في هندسة البرمجيات، مع أكثر من عامين من التصميم العملي وتنفيذ حلول GenAI.

الكفاءة في LangGraph، وLangChain، وOpenHands، وتضمينات المتجهات، واستراتيجيات المطالبة، ومجموعة واسعة من نماذج وأدوات SOTA LLM.

خبرة قوية في برمجة بايثون و/أو Node.js/TypeScript. تُعدّ الخبرة في React ميزة إضافية.
