Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, retail media, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Familiarity with performance marketing, ad operations, or campaign management is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking and reporting tools.

About The Opportunity
Role Summary
We’re looking for a Store Supervisor to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “tMart,” which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman, and Iraq.
What’s On Your Plate?
- Responsible for the operations of the store end-to-end operation: staffing & scheduling, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, picking orders, packing orders, and expense control within set operational standards.
- Coordinating and supervising store operations (i.e. selecting people, scheduling shifts, routine and preventive maintenance, etc.).
- Ensure efficient utilization of pickers with multitasking roles in order to optimize UTRs.
- Ordering/store replenishment: Ensure proper stock in stores (no OOS or OVS) by assessing the inventory and issuing orders based on the input and assessment of the demand planner plus physical stock assessment.

نبحث عن مشرف متجر للانضمام إلى الفريق والتركيز على تنمية متجر البقالة الخاص بنا "tMart"، وهو أول مفهوم متجر سحابي في المنطقة يوفر توصيل البقالة في غضون 30 دقيقة بأسعار تنافسية. وقد توسعت الخدمة بسرعة عبر الكويت والإمارات وقطر والأردن والبحرين ومصر وعمان والعراق.
ما هي مهامك؟
- مسؤول عن تشغيل المتجر من البداية إلى النهاية: التوظيف والجدولة، والطلب، واستلام البضائع، والتخزين، وتجهيز الطلبات، والتحكم في النفقات وفقًا للمعايير التشغيلية المحددة.
- تنسيق والإشراف على عمليات المتجر (مثل اختيار الموظفين، وجدولة الورديات، والصيانة الروتينية والوقائية).
- ضمان الاستخدام الفعال لطاقم العمل من خلال أداء أدوار متعددة لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.
