Driver - Heavy Duty Vehicle & LMV

Job Description

Responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers, clients, or businesses safely and on time.
Perform pre-trip inspections of the vehicle, equipment, paperwork, and loaded products.
Ensure all delivery loads are stacked, padded, and properly secured.
Load the vehicle/truck with packed orders, sorting, and organizing products for easy access.
Review orders before and after delivery to confirm accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Deliver materials and products in a timely and courteous manner.
Provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries, and handle complaints.
Follow assigned routes and adhere to schedules.
Communicate with customers upon arrival and act as a company liaison.
Ensure all required signatures are obtained during deliveries.
Report any issues to the branch head or store in charge.
Maintain all necessary documents (Istimara, Meezan Card for trucks, insurance, driving license, Iqama, etc.).
Present documents to government authorities when required.
Record trip details in a logbook and update branch/store in charge daily.
Keep track of driving expenses, including fuel and tolls.
Assist in warehouse operations when necessary.
Load and unload materials at warehouses, stores, and client sites.
Comply with transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
Prepare reports related to deliveries.
Operate lifting machines and forklifts when needed.
Follow all traffic and safety regulations.

Helper Stores

Duties & Responsibilities

Receive and verify incoming materials and goods for quality and quantity.
Weigh and count received items.
Assist in retrieving materials and goods from storage for delivery.
Package and label materials for shipment.
Move outgoing goods to the delivery area.
Secure materials in delivery vehicles to prevent damage.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Operate warehouse lift equipment for loading and unloading.
Organize materials on shelves and racks following company guidelines.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including sweeping and dusting.
Load and unload materials efficiently.
Operate forklifts when necessary.

Helper Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven warehouse helper experience.
Knowledge of standard warehouse practices.
Good physical health and stamina.
Forklift operation skills.

Helper Warehouse

Duties & Responsibilities

Retrieve specified materials from storage based on orders.
Package and label goods for shipment.

مسؤول عن تحميل ونقل وتسليم البضائع للعملاء أو الشركات بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد.
إجراء فحوصات ما قبل الرحلة للمركبة والمعدات والمستندات والبضائع المحملة.
التأكد من أن جميع الشحنات مؤمنة ومكدسة بشكل صحيح.
تحميل المركبة بالطلبات وفرز المنتجات وتنظيمها لسهولة الوصول إليها.
مراجعة الطلبات قبل وبعد التسليم لضمان الدقة ورضا العملاء.
تسليم المنتجات بطريقة احترافية وفي الوقت المحدد.
تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة، والرد على الاستفسارات، والتعامل مع الشكاوى.
الالتزام بالمسارات المحددة والجداول الزمنية.
التواصل مع العملاء عند الوصول وتمثيل الشركة بشكل مهني.
التأكد من استلام التوقيعات على الفواتير الورقية والإلكترونية أثناء التسليم.
الإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل إلى مدير الفرع أو مسؤول المتجر.

الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للمصروفات المتعلقة بالقيادة، مثل الوقود والرسوم.
المساعدة في عمليات المستودع عند الحاجة.
تحميل وتفريغ المواد في المستودعات والمتاجر ومواقع العملاء.
الامتثال لقوانين النقل والحفاظ على سجل قيادة آمن.
إعداد التقارير المتعلقة بالتسليمات.
تشغيل معدات الرفع مثل الرافعات الشوكية عند الحاجة.
اتباع جميع قوانين المرور والسلامة.
