The Solutions Architect – AI will provide technical leadership and drive the execution of AI solutions across Steam Thermal Solutions. This role requires visionary thinking to shape AI-powered strategies, guiding them through the system development lifecycle. The selected candidate will work closely with Product Owners to ensure the successful implementation of AI-driven business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Work with implementation partners and internal teams to align AI solutions with business needs.

• Lead pre-project scoping, ensuring cross-functional alignment.

• Contribute to business case creation and roadmap planning.

• Translate business and technical requirements into practical AI-driven solutions.

• Present and communicate solutions to IT and non-IT stakeholders for approval.

• Identify and evaluate AI-driven solutions, conducting product demo sessions.

• Lead solution design workshops and document proposals.

• Guide implementation teams in defining and executing AI solutions.

• Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies and trends to enhance architecture processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, specializing in AI (Azure, CoPilot).

• Expertise in Dynamics 365 and building AI/ML/big data solutions in Azure.

• Strong ability to align AI-driven technology with business objectives.

سيكون مهندس حلول – الذكاء الاصطناعي مسؤولًا عن القيادة التقنية وتنفيذ الحلول القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي في Steam Thermal Solutions. يتطلب الدور تفكيرًا استراتيجيًا لتحويل الرؤية التقنية إلى حلول فعالة ضمن دورة حياة تطوير النظام. كما سيتعاون بشكل وثيق مع مالكي المنتجات لضمان تنفيذ التحولات الرقمية المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي بنجاح.

المهام الوظيفية

• التعاون مع شركاء التنفيذ والفرق الداخلية لضمان توافق الحلول مع احتياجات الأعمال.

• قيادة تحديد نطاق المشاريع المبدئية والتنسيق عبر الوظائف المختلفة.

• المساهمة في إعداد دراسات الجدوى وتخطيط خارطة الطريق للمشاريع الجديدة.

• تحويل المتطلبات الفنية والتجارية إلى حلول قابلة للتنفيذ.

• تقديم العروض التقنية والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة من داخل وخارج قطاع تقنية المعلومات للحصول على الموافقة.

• تحديد وتقييم الحلول الذكية وتنظيم جلسات عرض المنتجات.

• قيادة ورش عمل تصميم الحلول وتوثيقها.

• توجيه فرق التنفيذ في تحديد وتنفيذ الحلول الذكية.

• البحث في التقنيات الحديثة للذكاء الاصطناعي والتعلم الآلي واقتراح التحسينات المعمارية.

الشروط

• خبرة مثبتة في هندسة الحلول مع التركيز على الذكاء الاصطناعي (Azure, CoPilot).

• خبرة في Dynamics 365 وتطوير حلول البيانات الضخمة والتعلم الآلي على Azure.

• القدرة على مواءمة التكنولوجيا الذكية مع أهداف الأعمال.
