We are seeking a Business Development Executive for PPE and other industrial Equipment to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, an understanding of the PPE industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

minimum 2 years experience

Identify and target new business opportunities in the PPE.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client needs and propose suitable PPE solutions.

Negotiate contracts and terms with clients.

frequent visit to sites and customers to propose solutions related to health, safety, security and the environment

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

نبحث عن مسؤول تنفيذي لتطوير الأعمال في مجال معدات الوقاية الشخصية وغيرها من المعدات الصناعية لدفع عجلة نمو الأعمال. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح المثالي بشغف بالمبيعات، وفهم عميق لقطاع معدات الوقاية الشخصية، والقدرة على بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها.

خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين

تحديد واستهداف فرص الأعمال الجديدة في قطاع معدات الحماية الشخصية.

تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتجاوزها.

بناء العلاقات والحفاظ عليها مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.

نحن نبحث عن مندوب مبيعات خارجي في مجال "الملابس المصنوعة حسب الطلب" بالمهارات التالية:

- يشترط خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في سوق البحرين.

- القدرة على التواصل مع العملاء الحاليين والتعرف على احتياجاتهم أو خدماتهم وفهمها.

- البحث عن عملاء جدد وإظهار وظائف وفائدة منتجاتنا أو خدماتنا بناءً على احتياجاتهم.

- ضمان رضا العملاء من خلال التواصل المستمر وإدارة العلاقات؛ وحل أي مشاكل قد تنشأ بعد البيع.

- يحافظ على تقارير مفصلة عن أنشطة المبيعات بما في ذلك المكالمات والطلبات والمبيعات والأعمال المفقودة وأي مشاكل في العلاقة مع العملاء أو البائعين.

- يشترط وجود رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
