We Are Looking for a Dynamic and Results-Driven Sales Officer
We are seeking an experienced Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales for Manned Security Services, with a proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate and retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the security services sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, retail, residential, and other clients
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in security services
- Background in Tender Submissions
- Strong network and client base in Bahrain
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid Bahrain driving license and vehicle
