Job Title: Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative
Location: Al-Hidd Area
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting floral arrangements and gifts.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and payments (in-store, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram).
- Process sales transactions and manage the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Coordinate with flower vendors to ensure timely order preparation.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Offer recommendations based on customer preferences and special occasions.
- Assist with packaging and arranging flowers.
- Update inventory and report missing items.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales (flower shop experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills (friendly, helpful, and professional).
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak times.
- Organized with attention to detail and basic knowledge of sales transactions.
- A passion for flowers, creativity, and beauty is an advantage!

المسؤوليات الوظيفية:
- الترحيب بالعملاء ومساعدتهم في اختيار الترتيبات الزهرية والهدايا.
- التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء، الطلبات، والمدفوعات (داخل المتجر، الهاتف، واتساب، وإنستغرام).
- معالجة المعاملات البيعية وإدارة نظام نقاط البيع (POS).
- التنسيق مع بائعي الزهور لضمان إعداد الطلبات في الوقت المحدد.
- الحفاظ على المتجر مرتبًا ومنظمًا ومرحبًا بالعملاء.
- تقديم التوصيات بناءً على تفضيلات العملاء والمناسبات الخاصة.
- المساعدة في تغليف وترتيب الزهور.
- تحديث المخزون والإبلاغ عن العناصر الناقصة.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة سابقة في البيع بالتجزئة، خدمة العملاء، أو المبيعات (الخبرة في محل زهور تعتبر ميزة).
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع الأشخاص (ودود، متعاون، واحترافي).
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة إضافية).
- القدرة على تعدد المهام والعمل تحت الضغط في أوقات الذروة.
- منظم وذو اهتمام بالتفاصيل، مع معرفة أساسية في التعامل مع المعاملات البيعية.
- شغف بالزهور والإبداع والجمال يعد ميزة!
