Position: Sales Executive - Signage Industry
Location: Manama
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the signage industry, including but not limited to retail, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, and corporate sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored signage solutions to meet their objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, opportunities, and pipeline status.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the signage industry or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and market awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

المسؤوليات:
- تطوير الأعمال: تحديد وملاحقة الفرص التجارية الجديدة في صناعة اللوحات الإعلانية، بما في ذلك القطاعات التجارية والفندقية والصحية والعقارية.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء: بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين، وفهم احتياجاتهم وتقديم حلول اللوحات الإعلانية التي تلبي أهدافهم.
- استراتيجية المبيعات: تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبيعات فعّالة لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتعظيم الإيرادات.
- بحث السوق: متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات في الصناعة، وأنشطة المنافسين، وتطورات السوق.
- إعداد العروض: تحضير وتقديم العروض والاقتراحات للعملاء، والتواصل بفعالية حول القيمة التي تقدمها منتجاتنا وخدماتنا.
- التعاون: العمل عن كثب مع فرق التصميم والإنتاج والتركيب لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بشكل سلس ورضا العملاء.
- تقارير المبيعات: الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للأنشطة المتعلقة بالمبيعات.
المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- سجل حافل بالنجاح في المبيعات، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في صناعة اللوحات الإعلانية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة.
- مهارات عمل مستقلة ونتائج موجهة.
