What You'll Do
- Scalable Account Strategy: Design and execute scalable success plans that drive rapid adoption, value realization, and loyalty across a large and diverse customer base. Balance one-to-many enablement programs with strategic 1:1 engagements. Act as an advisor to customers to ensure they’re leveraging Postman effectively.
- Proactive Portfolio Management: Monitor customer data to identify emerging opportunities and risks. Engage with customers through regular check-ins, encouraging continuous engagement and utilization of the platform to its fullest potential.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Sales team to expand use cases and uncover opportunities. Work with the Renewals team to ensure on-time contract renewals. Provide insights to the Product team to reduce customer friction. Ensure CRM data is detailed and accurate.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Embrace a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, testing new approaches to customer engagement and success at scale. Stay updated with industry trends to keep Postman at the forefront of customer success.
Corporate Solutions Engineer - EMEA
What You'll Do
- Support corporate sales by nurturing prospects and assisting Corporate customers.
- Conduct discovery, qualification, technical demos, and proof-of-value workshops for customers transitioning to an API-first development approach.
- Address technical questions and objections, providing solutions or workarounds to meet customer needs.
- Gain deep insights into customers’ workflows and guide them in adopting API-first best practices.
- Share customer feedback with relevant teams and act as an advocate for user needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and challenges in the API market.
- Develop proof-of-concept integrations, tooling, and workflows to support potential customers.
- Maintain and optimize customer sandbox environments and best practices.
- Act as a technical intermediary between sales and other teams to best fit customer requirements.
Senior Full Stack Engineer, Discovery
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of new capabilities for the Postman API Network, driving frontend architecture and backend API development to enhance user experience at scale.
