Labware LIMS Business Analyst
Our client is currently evaluating their LIMS system and is looking for a Labware LIMS Business Analyst to oversee project deployments and deliverables. This role includes defining user requirements, implementing IT business solutions, and managing global LabWare LIMS deployment projects.
Responsibilities:
🔹 Business Support & Consulting
- Define system scope and objectives based on user needs and industry standards.
- Provide consulting services to improve business processes and results.
🔹 Implementation and Development
- Develop or modify procedures to resolve IT issues.
- Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into system specifications.
🔹 Support and Maintenance
- Provide technical support using troubleshooting procedures and testing.
🔹 Project Management
- Lead projects following PMO processes.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and recommend optimal solutions.
🔹 People Management
- Mentor and coach junior analysts.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies.

المهام الوظيفية:
🔹 الدعم والاستشارات التجارية
- المساعدة في تحديد نطاق النظام وأهدافه بناءً على احتياجات المستخدمين ومعايير الصناعة.
- تقديم خدمات استشارية متقدمة لتحسين العمليات التجارية.
🔹 التنفيذ والتطوير
- تطوير أو تعديل الإجراءات لحل المشكلات التقنية مع مراعاة قدرة النظام وقيوده.
- تحليل احتياجات الأعمال والمستخدمين، وتوثيق المتطلبات، وترجمتها إلى مواصفات النظام المطلوبة.
🔹 الدعم والصيانة
- تقديم الدعم الفني للمجموعات التجارية باستخدام إجراءات استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والاختبار.
🔹 إدارة المشاريع
- قيادة المشاريع وفقًا لعمليات مكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO).
- إدارة اختبارات القبول من قبل المستخدمين وتقديم التوصيات للحلول المثلى.
🔹 إدارة الأفراد
- تدريب وتوجيه المحللين الأقل خبرة.
- الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات السلامة والصحة والبيئة.
