Sales Coordinator (FMCG)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager & Sales Team on all sales-related tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales team requests
- Receive, collect, and review customer feedback for internal team discussions
- Assist in processing orders, quotations, and sales documentation
- Ensure smooth communication between sales and logistics
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Additional Details:
- Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Saturday - Thursday

Purchasing Assistant (FMCG)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing raw materials & packaging supplies
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing & terms
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure stock availability
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1-2 years of purchasing experience, preferably in food or manufacturing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
