Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure customer satisfaction through high quality service and proactive on site communication regarding job progress and callout response times
Provide accurate real time reporting of work performed at the equipment level
Promote regular and clear communication with customers and users to ensure transparency and reliability
Equipment Maintenance and Safety
Conduct routine maintenance checks and tasks to improve equipment performance and longevity
Identify potential site risks and communicate them to the supervisor for preventive action
Take immediate action in case of high risk situations and follow the escalation procedure to ensure safety and compliance

تقديم تقارير دقيقة وفورية حول الأعمال المنجزة لكل معدة لضمان الشفافية

الصيانة والسلامة
إجراء فحوصات صيانة دورية لتحسين أداء المعدات وإطالة عمرها الافتراضي
