Roles & Responsibilities
✔️ Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
✔️ Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and reconciliations for accurate reporting.
✔️ Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and accruals.
✔️ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
✔️ Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
✔️ Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for financial audits and reporting.
✔️ Provide financial insights and data analysis for management decision-making.
✔️ Support automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification & Experience
📌 Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
📌 1-5 years of experience in financial control, auditing, or accounting, preferably in banking or financial services.
Technical Skills
✅ Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
✅ Expertise in financial analysis and financial control functions.
✅ Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) & advanced MS Excel skills.
Soft Skills
✨ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
✨ Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
✨ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
📌 Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in Big 4 audit firms or financial institutions will have an advantage.

المؤهلات المطلوبة
المؤهلات والخبرة
📌 شهادة محاسب قانوني (CA)، ACCA، CPA، أو ما يعادلها.
📌 خبرة من 1 إلى 5 سنوات في الرقابة المالية، التدقيق، أو المحاسبة، ويفضل في القطاع المصرفي أو الخدمات المالية.
المهارات الفنية
✅ معرفة قوية بـ معايير IFRS والتقارير المالية.
✅ خبرة في التحليل المالي والرقابة المالية.
✅ خبرة في استخدام أنظمة ERP (مثل SAP وOracle) وإجادة متقدمة لبرنامج Excel.
المهارات الشخصية
✨ مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
✨ قدرات تواصل وإدارة علاقات متميزة.
✨ القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة التغير والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
📌 الأفضلية: يفضل المرشحون الذين لديهم خبرة في شركات التدقيق الأربع الكبرى (Big 4) أو المؤسسات المالية.
