Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receipt contract inquiries, establish suitability within the business, and complete the necessary databases in line with QA procedures.
- Ability to follow through on enquiry from clients and help resolve issues, thereby increasing the quote accuracy.
- Liaise with the seniors in the team to develop the overall strategy for the tender and, when required, visit the client/store to gain appreciation of the client’s requirements.
- Send out inquiries to the supply chain to ensure the best prices are received by selecting the most suitable suppliers/manufacturing locations for the project.
- Liaise and request support from other individuals in the organization to produce programs and quality submissions as dictated by the inquiry/RFQ.
- Analyze the supply chain quotes & negotiate the best costs with knowledge of raw material costs & manufacturing rates across various economies. Review their terms and conditions and compare them with basic tender practices.
- Initiate and close Request for Information (RFI) to clients/consultants as well as Request for Quotations (RFQ) to supplier/subcontractors and share results with the line manager.
- Prepare tender analysis information & present professionally for both internal analysis & presentation to the client.
- Install the costs with sufficient detail to enable contract review.
- Analyze the mark-ups for presentation at the tender vet meetings.
- Ensure the tender summary sheet is signed off in accordance with the Quality Assurance procedures.
- Keep track of costs and variations for submitting to the client/consultant for approval via the Line Manager.
- Monitor the tenders/quotations and attend meetings with the clients as required.
- Review the enquiry in detail (conditions of contract, specification, drawings, bill of materials, etc.) to identify opportunities, risks, strategic tender, and pricing policy.
- Attend hand-over meetings between the Estimating Dept. and the Operational and Commercial Teams & Prepare sufficient information for the relevant teams to take the project forward.

- التنسيق مع كبار الفريق لتطوير الاستراتيجية العامة للعطاء وعند الحاجة زيارة العميل/المتجر للحصول على تقدير لمتطلبات العميل.
- إرسال استفسارات إلى سلسلة الإمداد لضمان الحصول على أفضل الأسعار من خلال اختيار الموردين أو أماكن التصنيع الأنسب للمشروع.
- التنسيق وطلب الدعم من الأفراد الآخرين في المنظمة لإعداد البرامج والتقديمات الجيدة كما تحددها الاستفسارات/طلب العروض.
- تحليل عروض سلسلة الإمداد والتفاوض للحصول على أفضل التكاليف مع معرفة بأسعار المواد الخام ومعدلات التصنيع عبر اقتصادات مختلفة. مراجعة الشروط والأحكام ومقارنتها مع ممارسات العطاء الأساسية.
- بدء وإغلاق طلبات المعلومات (RFI) للعملاء/المستشارين بالإضافة إلى طلبات العروض (RFQ) للموردين/المقاولين الفرعيين ومشاركة النتائج مع المدير المباشر.
- إعداد معلومات تحليل العطاء وتقديمها بشكل احترافي للتحليل الداخلي وعرضها على العميل.
- إضافة التكاليف بتفاصيل كافية لتمكين مراجعة العقد.
- تحليل الزيادات للتقديم في اجتماعات تقييم العطاء.
- التأكد من توقيع ورقة ملخص العطاء وفقًا لإجراءات ضمان الجودة.
- متابعة التكاليف والتغييرات لتقديمها للعميل/المستشار للموافقة عبر المدير المباشر.
- متابعة العطاءات/العروض وحضور الاجتماعات مع العملاء حسب الحاجة.
- مراجعة الاستفسار بالتفصيل (شروط العقد، المواصفات، الرسومات، قائمة المواد، إلخ) لتحديد الفرص والمخاطر واستراتيجية العطاء وسياسة التسعير.
- حضور اجتماعات التسليم بين قسم التقدير والفرق التشغيلية والتجارية وتحضير المعلومات الكافية للفرق المعنية للمتابعة في المشروع.
