Senior Officer Aerodrome Design and Certification Compliance
Job Purpose:
Supports the HADCC with oversight, inspection, and auditing programs, ensuring compliance with local and international aerodrome certification regulations through documentation, reporting, and coordination.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensures BIA Airfield infrastructure adheres to ICAO and BCAA CAR001 regulations, monitoring airside works conducted by D&T/FM, contractors, and other parties.
- Establishes a system for reporting and documenting non-conformities, ensuring immediate corrective action.
- Manages BCAA audit findings and oversees corrective action implementation to maintain compliance.
- Administers aerodrome certification audits, coordinating audit schedules and corrective action follow-ups.
- Acts as the primary liaison with BCAA, D&T/FM, and project managers to ensure safe and efficient implementation of movement area closures.
- Conducts daily inspections of airside infrastructure, reporting on pavement conditions, markings, lighting, and signage.
- Ensures all airside works comply with work permits, local and international regulations, and established SOPs.
Auditor
Main Objective:
Conducts internal audits covering performance, financial, and compliance aspects. Ensures ethical audit practices and maintains professional standards, working independently under general supervision.
Main Duties:
- Assists in risk assessment and annual audit planning.
- Prepares audit planning documents and participates in related meetings.
- Engages in planning, fieldwork, and reporting discussions with auditees.
- Supports investigation and consultancy assignments as directed.
- Assists in identifying strategic, business, and financial risks, designing audit programs accordingly.
- Conducts audit procedures, including issue identification, evidence analysis, and process documentation.
- Completes audit assignments, drafts observations, and recommends improvements.
- Conducts interviews, administers surveys, and prepares audit summaries.
- Documents audit findings and discusses recommendations with management.
- Reviews corrective actions taken by auditees and updates the Internal Audit System.
- Pursues continuous professional development and shares insights with team members.

المهام الرئيسية:
- المساعدة في تقييم المخاطر ووضع خطة التدقيق السنوية.
- إعداد وثائق تخطيط التدقيق والمشاركة في الاجتماعات ذات الصلة.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات التخطيط والتنفيذ وإعداد التقارير مع الجهات الخاضعة للتدقيق.
- دعم مهام التحقيق والاستشارات كما يوجه DIA أو مدير التدقيق الداخلي.
- المساهمة في تحديد المخاطر الاستراتيجية والتجارية والمالية لكل مجال مدقق وتصميم برامج التدقيق وفقًا لذلك.
