 Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day project execution and ensure adherence to approved interior design plans.

Coordination: Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and smooth project progress.

Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the highest quality standards are met during construction and installation phases.

Time Management: Manage project timelines to ensure on-time completion while maintaining the agreed-upon scope.

Problem Solving: Address on-site challenges and implement effective solutions promptly.

Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project costs to ensure alignment with the allocated budget.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all on-site activities comply with safety protocols and regulations.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, site conditions, and any deviations to the project manager.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience in site supervision for interior design or fit-out projects.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, design specifications, and material requirements.

Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and safety regulations.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Very good Sub contractor management skills.

Strong knowledge of construction drawings, material specifications, and industry regulations.

Proven expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities to liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, SketchUp).
