What You’ll Do

• Ensure Safety & Compliance – Execute assignments following GE Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and quality standards, ensuring all crew members understand the rules before work begins.
• Lead & Supervise Repairs – Manage on-site repair jobs, acting as GE's representative to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely project completion.
• Perform Precision Machining – Conduct in-situ machining operations such as milling, boring, flange facing, drilling, grinding, and turning on gas & steam turbine components.

• Generator Testing & Inspection – Conduct diagnostics on generators exceeding 80 MW to ensure optimal performance.
• Work with Precision & Safety – Follow strict quality and safety guidelines in all repair and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with Teams – Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and plant operators for seamless project execution.

What You’ll Bring
