We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with expertise in fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and a solid network of suppliers and vendors. This role involves managing on-site operations, ensuring quality and timely project completion, and maintaining effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision and Execution:
   Oversee daily site operations, ensuring the project is progressing according to the plans, specifications, and timelines.

2. BOQ Preparation and Cost Management:
   Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities and manage costs effectively throughout the project, ensuring that the project stays within budget.

3. Supplier and Vendor Management:
   Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services.

4. Coordination and Collaboration:
   Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the project.

   التعاون مع المعماريين والمصممين والمقاولين وغيرهم من أصحاب المصلحة لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة.

5. ضمان الجودة والامتثال:
   ضمان أن يتم تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفقًا لأعلى معايير الجودة ووفقًا للوائح المعمول بها ومعايير السلامة.

6. تتبع التقدم والإبلاغ:
   متابعة تقدم المشروع، إعداد تقارير دورية عن التقدم، وتقديم التحديثات لأصحاب المصلحة.
