Are you a motivated sales professional looking for a flexible, part-time role that lets you engage directly with clients? Dimensions Code is hiring three (3) Part-Time Field Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

About the Role:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be actively working on the ground, meeting clients face-to-face, visiting potential customers, and building strong relationships to drive sales growth. This is an outdoor role requiring frequent client visits, along with remote flexibility for reporting and follow-ups. The position is part-time, with a 3-month probation period and a base salary + class A commission earnings.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in Bahrain

✅ Fluent in English (Bilingual in English & Arabic is a must)

✅ Strong understanding of the Bahraini market and global trade

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills

✅ Ability to work independently, visit clients, and close deals

✅ Comfortable traveling within Bahrain to meet potential customers

✅ Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car

حول الدور:

بصفتك ممثل مبيعات ميداني، ستعمل بنشاط على أرض الواقع، حيث تقابل العملاء وجهًا لوجه، وتزور العملاء المحتملين، وتبني علاقات قوية لتعزيز نمو المبيعات. يتطلب هذا الدور زيارات متكررة للعملاء، بالإضافة إلى مرونة العمل عن بُعد لإعداد التقارير والمتابعة. الوظيفة بدوام جزئي، مع فترة اختبار لمدة 3 أشهر، وراتب أساسي + عمولة من الفئة أ.

ما الذي نبحث عنه:

✅ خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال المبيعات في البحرين

✅ إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (يشترط إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية)

✅ فهم قوي للسوق البحريني والتجارة العالمية

✅ مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض وإدارة العملاء

✅ القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وزيارة العملاء وإتمام الصفقات

✅ السفر بشكل مريح داخل البحرين للقاء العملاء المحتملين

✅ يجب أن يكون لديه رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول ويملك سيارة
