Job Summary
As a Lead Instructor at Correlation One, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction while collaborating with our team to ensure outstanding learning outcomes. Your primary role will be to conduct large-scale online lectures on technical content, training diverse cohorts ranging from 100 to 8,000+ Fellows. This position involves preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions, working closely with operations personnel, and driving program success.
Virtual Classroom Leadership
- Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for cohorts of 200 to 8,000+ learners.
- Deliver instruction on various skills, including math, verbal reasoning, and technical problem-solving.
- Manage class time effectively, facilitate Q&A sessions, and monitor learner engagement and participation.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Correlation One operations personnel to ensure smooth program execution.
- Be adaptable to teaching schedules, which may include weekdays and weekends.
- Contribute to lesson design, curriculum development, and continuous improvement based on feedback.
