Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide Timely Support: Respond promptly to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, FSx, ALB, Route 53, and more.

2. Alert Response: Monitor and respond to alerts raised by monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch or third-party solutions.

3. Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.

4. Collaboration with AWS Support: Work closely with AWS support and other vendors in a multi-vendor support environment.

5. Customer Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding AWS support issues in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

6. Build Customer Relationships: Establish strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and aligning solutions accordingly.

7. AWS Service Provisioning: Hands-on experience in providing AWS services in accordance with a well-designed framework.

8. Network Configuration & Management: Configure and manage virtual network components such as Route 53 for DNS management, VPN settings, and secure connections with on-premise servers and/or other cloud vendors.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect/SysOps (Associate and/or Professional), or equivalent Microsoft certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, Azure.

• Experience: Hands-on experience in migrating from on-premise servers to AWS cloud.

• الخبرة: خبرة عملية في الهجرة من الخوادم المحلية إلى سحابة AWS.

مسؤول ادارة النظم

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage Office 365 users and Active Directory services.

• Implement and manage security best practices, particularly for cloud services like Azure and AWS.

• Handle Cisco Call Manager support contracts.

• Provide L2 support for systems.

• Oversee HQ network setup and update support contracts.

• Manage and handle all subsidiary requirements as a subject matter expert.

• Manage and handle the Office DR (Disaster Recovery) and BCP (Business Continuity Plan) processes.

• Assist with regular log collection and requirements for the internal security office.

• Manage the patch management process on Windows.

• Domain Registrar - Manage 200 domains across multiple registrars.

• Handle infrastructure-related projects including new deployments, implementation, and ongoing support.

Required Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a system administrator role.

• A degree in Computer Science or related fields.

• Certifications in Microsoft technologies and related skills.

• Available to join locally in Bahrain.

• التعامل مع مشاريع البنية التحتية بما في ذلك النشر الجديد، التنفيذ، والدعم المستمر.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين:

• 5+ سنوات من الخبرة العملية في وظيفة مسؤول النظام.

• التخرج في علوم الحاسوب أو المجالات ذات الصلة.

• شهادات في تقنيات مايكروسوفت والتقنيات ذات الصلة.
