Responsibilities:

Record inspection findings and communicate feedback to the production team.

Identify and implement ideas to improve production efficiency without compromising quality.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations throughout the production process.

Inspect products at various stages of production to ensure quality standards are met.

Lead root cause analysis for defects, addressing rejection/rework issues, and preventing recurrence.

Provide training on inspection techniques and manage quality practices across the production team.

Analyze production quality data and prepare reports to track product compliance.

Prepare and ensure the accuracy of product samples for customer specifications, complying with established standards.

Handle customer complaints and develop corrective/preventive actions to maintain quality.

Audit and support vendor/supplier performance to improve quality and compliance.

Contribute to continuous quality improvement through audits and data-driven initiatives.

Aluminum Site Supervisor - Bahraini Applicants

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all activities on the construction site related to aluminum installations.

Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure all safety procedures and guidelines are followed by the team.

Monitor daily work progress and report any issues or delays to senior management.

Inspect materials and equipment to ensure quality standards are met.

Train and manage on-site workers, ensuring they are properly instructed and perform work safely.

تحديد وتنفيذ عمليات مراقبة الجودة لضمان امتثال المنتج لمعايير الشركة.

إجراء الاختبارات على المنتجات النهائية والمواد الواردة لضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة.

تسجيل نتائج التفتيش وإبلاغ التعليقات لفريق الإنتاج.

تحديد وتنفيذ الأفكار لتحسين كفاءة الإنتاج دون المساس بالجودة.

ضمان الامتثال للوائح الفيدرالية والولائية والشركة طوال عملية الإنتاج.

فحص المنتجات في مراحل مختلفة من الإنتاج للتأكد من استيفاء معايير الجودة.

إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري للعيوب، ومعالجة قضايا الرفض/إعادة العمل، ومنع تكرارها.

توفير التدريب على تقنيات التفتيش وإدارة ممارسات الجودة عبر فريق الإنتاج.

تحليل بيانات جودة الإنتاج وإعداد التقارير لتتبع امتثال المنتج.

إعداد وضمان دقة عينات المنتج لمواصفات العملاء، والامتثال للمعايير المعمول بها.

معالجة شكاوى العملاء وتطوير الإجراءات التصحيحية/الوقائية للحفاظ على الجودة.

التدقيق ودعم أداء البائعين/الموردين لتحسين الجودة والامتثال.

المساهمة في التحسين المستمر للجودة من خلال عمليات التدقيق والمبادرات القائمة على البيانات.

مشرف موقع الألمنيوم - المتقدمون البحرينيون

المسؤوليات:

الإشراف وإدارة جميع الأنشطة في موقع البناء المتعلقة بالمنشآت الألومنيوم.

التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع وأعضاء الفريق لضمان التنفيذ السلس للمشروع.

تأكد من اتباع الفريق لجميع إجراءات وإرشادات السلامة.

راقب تقدم العمل اليومي وأبلغ عن أي مشاكل أو تأخيرات إلى الإدارة العليا.

فحص المواد والمعدات للتأكد من استيفاء معايير الجودة.

تدريب وإدارة العاملين في الموقع، والتأكد من تلقيهم التعليمات المناسبة وأدائهم للعمل بأمان.

ضمان الامتثال لقوانين البناء واللوائح ومعايير السلامة.

الحفاظ على سجلات الموقع، بما في ذلك التقارير اليومية، والمواد المستخدمة، وساعات العمل.

التعاون مع المقاولين من الباطن والموردين لضمان تسليم المواد والمعدات في الوقت المناسب.
