Chainway Labs is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team at Citrea, Bitcoin’s First ZK Rollup.

At Citrea, our goal is to secure on-chain finance with Bitcoin. We believe that Bitcoin and its values should be scaled to serve as the standard for decentralized finance. Achieving this vision requires scaling Bitcoin with zero-knowledge proofs, ensuring on-chain verifiability and data availability within the Bitcoin network.

This approach makes Citrea the first scaling solution to enable more complex applications without compromising Bitcoin security and changing its consensus rules.

Content Strategist

Description:

  • Develop and refine positioning and messaging that clearly communicates Citrea’s value proposition.
  • Establish and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy, including blog posts, tweets, memes, website copy, and videos.
  • Monitor integrations and coordinate partnership efforts to support ecosystem growth and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate on crafting and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze competitors’ content marketing strategies and adapt accordingly.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and continuously refine strategies for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with the language and dynamics of crypto Twitter.
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage marketing team.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the Bitcoin community.

Event Marketing Manager

Description:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global event strategy aligned with Citrea's yearly objectives.
  • Identify high-impact industry events and curate branded experiences that elevate Citrea's visibility.
  • Align the event roadmap with product launches, ecosystem milestones, and partnership initiatives.
  • Lead the planning of conferences, hackerhouses, meetups, and gatherings.
  • Create clear event briefs that align stakeholders and coordinate related teams.
  • Build relationships with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure high-quality event delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing, DevRel, business development, and design teams for cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging, from pre-event promotion to post-event follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of branding and audience engagement strategies.
