Key Responsibilities: 

• Investment Analysis: Evaluate and analyze potential investment and divestment opportunities, assessing financial viability and risk factors. Conduct thorough market research and financial modeling to support investment recommendations. 

• Legal Structuring: Collaborate with legal teams to structure investments effectively, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws. Advise on the formation and management of SPVs to optimize investment outcomes. 

• Due Diligence: Lead due diligence processes for prospective investments, including financial, operational, and legal assessments. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for senior management.
